Fail

24.9 miles + 6 patches + 3 tubes = FAIL

I've been a "cyclist" for 26 years (since I bought my first nice bike at age 18 - or 17). Today was the first time I was unable to make it home under my own power. There had been a fierce storm a few days ago that apparently kicked up a lot of goat heads (small thorny balls of unpleasantness) on the canal path around 60th Ave. I blew through all my patches and tubes, but only gave up when I couldn't pump up the back tire before the front went flat again.
