A busy yet relaxing day. Awoken by work calling to see if I was 'free' to work - really!!
Down to the bank via the florist, flowers for the very nice bank lady who sorted out the account, to pay in the £1,200 I've had laying around in carrier bags in the dining room.
Coffee in Costa and a mooch around town before heading home to get changed ready for the main event.
Turn To Starboard, (Make The Right Turn), is a new service charity founded by Shaun Pascoe, a former MERT commander in Afghanistan. It's aim is to help service personnel and their families recover from PTSD or related problems through sailing.
Spirit Of Falmouth was named today by Sarah Newton our MP followed by a beer and pasty reception.
This is a worthwhile cause which I shall support as an individual and hopefully persuade the RNA to support as well.
