Healthy Selfie

I rarely like to feature in front of the camera, but I took this self portrait for another purpose and it turned out to be the only photo I took all day so, by default it becomes my blip. However, it is a good opportunity to become my good news message that my GP has decided that I am fit enough to return to work on Monday and technically this is the last day of being off sick.

I’m feeling good about that, although confess that I have begun to enjoy the freedom that not working has brought, especially as I feel reasonably fit and well so can do more now.
