Trip to the tip

Busy day. Wife's birthday. Usual shopping and visits. And for the first time in weeks a chance to tidy up things. Hence the visit to the recycling centre.

As we left the late afternoon sun and the lower mists on the Pentlands provided this shot which I preferred over the birthday cake, birthday meal, Edinburgh Christmas lights which we went to see. Plenty of opportunities to capture the lights over the coming weeks.
