HELP PLEASE Not sure

Ok when I got up today let the dog's out and heared a strange bird call that I did not recognise. So I shot indoors grabed my camera shot back out side and started to try and locate it. In the end I saw this wee thing atop my conifer I think it might be a love bird but am unsure.
