Another gorgeous day; another country park walk! Drumpellier.

Calming activity after reading more, and more thorough, analyses of the huge let-down that is the Smith Commission Report. I knew very quickly that it was so much less than we were "promised"; I knew that if Dave was happy, there must be more to it. Reading Iain McWhirter in today's Herald, I realise how dangerous it is.

And if I hear this sovereign nation listed in the same breath as a 'region' or 'local council' or 'shire' or an English city or 'area' one more time ...!
