Officer's Mess, RAF Halton

this is the old Rothschild house, Halton House as seen from Weston Turville churchyard. Nestling at the foot of the Chilterns this view is not one I have seen before. Halton House serves as the Officer's Mess at RAF Halton after being acquired during the early part of the twentieth century when the RAF was in its infancy.
