Advent is here

...And with it the Advent Wreath, which I probably blipped last year as well. Once more created in the wildest of fashions by my pal and me, using the biggest assortment of evergreens seen outside an Arboretum and the wondrous pink berries from the bush outside the Rectory.

The pink candle is for the 3rd Sunday of Advent; the white one for Christmas. By then, today's purple candle will be endangering the greenery and waxicles will add textural interest. But here it has only just been lit for the first time.
