Green Green Grass Of Home

We have returned home to sunny Warwickshire, which is lovely and leafy and pretty in its own way, but lacks the drama and mountains and reflective waters of the Lake District.
There seems to have been a bit of rain while we were away, if this huge puddle is anything to go by. The mud in the Lake District is messy but our clay mud is in a different league of stickiness and clinginess. It's fertile for crops though so we should be grateful for that.
