Busy Sunday

Haven't stopped all day.

First a dog walk, then weekly shop, then a 12km cycle, during which I managed to fall off the bike when it was stationery!!! My legs were like jelly when I stopped and when I stood on one leg to swing my other leg over the bike to get off, my standing knee just couldn't hold me up and I just fell backwards landing on my already numb/bruised bottom pulling the bike over and landing on top of me !! A sight for sore eyes I'm sure for the passersby. Then it was a walk into town to visit the Christmas market.

I am now exhausted and ache all over, so while the chicken is roasting I'm chilling for a while.
