Sodden

Spent the day getting things in order, feels good to be back! And I’m still feeling good in myself too. Went on a long-ish walk today (over half an hour!) for the first time in many weeks (despite the rain, thanks to my new raincoat!), and still feeling good. I may have discovered another tool in my arsenal for dealing with my chronic fatigue! Time will tell.
