Flat viewing with Murdo again this afternoon. (He failed to secure his first love). Another colourful wee but'n ben just off Leith Walk. The schedule mentions that the property would benefit from up grading and redecoration "in parts". A suggestion that the person showing us around felt would be better altered to, "Enter with a blow torch." I was inclined to agree.
