Under the arches

Under the arches of the railway line (which dates back 125 years when it first arrived in this valley) there are some fantastic features caused by water seeping through limestone. It reminds me of being underground.

We pass this arch often on one of our usual dog walks. There were many dogs and horses out this afternoon on our circuit. Luckily Piper, the dog, survived an aggressive attack from one of the other dogs.
