Market and service

We only had about 4.5 hours sleep. We had breakfast and then walked through the German market. The sun was shining and the day started off crisp. Within about an hour the crowds were fierce.....home we went. We then got ready for a Baptism service which was in the local church- I realised I have never actually attended a proper one before. Sadly for Runner K the proposed Godparent passed away suddenly only a few months ago so she was still honoured in the service. Onwards to the gathering of the family and friends- a lot of lovely people in an amazing venue. We are now both drinking tea and eating biscuits waiting for bedtime to catch up on the zzzzzz.
