chocolate fudge

in the absence of anything treat like to eat in the house (supermarket shop urgently required!), we attempted to make fudge this morning for the first time. super easy recipe, involving just 5 ingredients and 2 minutes in the microwave, it tasted lush and set in under an hour. will definitely be doing this again :)

went out for lunch with mum and then spent the evening trying to fend off the evil sick bug which eventually beat me. not a good night! on the plus side, our christmas elf, mr crazylegs, has returned for his 3rd year with us. the children are going to be so happy to see him again ....he's prepared a north pole breakfast to surprise them when they wake.
