Low cloud

We set off to walk from Millington to Givendale today, the sky was really bright all round the horizon but we seemed to be stuck under un umbrella of dark cloud!

We did, however, see several pairs of red kites cruising above the woods, they are becoming quite prolific on the wolds, not good news to the rest of the bird population.

Also had some delicious home made cake at the cafe in the village where there was a roaring fire and a lovely Christmas tree which of course I could not blip as it is not quite December!
