Another v long day

Left the house at 6 a.m. Got back at 21.00.
Nightmare trains to Surrey and back hence only half an academic supervision session. Intense process and study discussions in Hammersmith, a dusk river walk, acupuncture, speed shopping for something I can't really justify but feel is necessary for my next weekend away, then home.

Apparently I need to 'yang myself up'. Ideas on a postcard....

Thought this was straight/central - but it wasn't! Ho hum. Couldn't take too many shots as was in a hurry and was hurting my neck, even with a tilted screen thing.

No Christmas shopping done and not in the mood to start. Bah humbug, How did I manage last year?
