What a great day.

Early start. Off with Geoff and RunningBackwards for our bi-monthly man time riding in the hills. A 44 km whopper today. Funny how there always seems to be more up than down though.

This shot was mid-fire road climb. A proper stinker and a Mars Bar and mutual bike admiration break was much needed.

World set to rights on the drive home.

I built a roast beef dinner on my return earning 1000 brownie points. Rightly so(!).
