Vintage Boat Lift

Shooting this picturesque harbor in Dordrecht I suddenly noticed a vessel hanging in mid air, that intrigued me.

When I asked locals about this strange crane they told me it's quite a special vintage crane that draws many people to this harbor on the Wolwevershaven.

At home I discovered that my backup iPhone shot it on a lower resolution mode - don't understand why - but my apologies for a lesser quality.
