As the ice on the lake melted some today...

A few leaves came to the surface... Then refroze when the temperature dropped again. It's that time of year for the lake to try, try and try again to freeze over. It won't be long before it will be one solid chunk. :) We've had plenty of long stretches of below freezing days, however, we've also had a day or two of warmer temps in-between. Tonight, we are headed back down... Burr.

My flash darkened the ice in this shot. Different than I was going for, but a fun shot just the same. :)
