Out with the old...

Work begins today to fit a new hall and kitchen floor. Since the day I moved in to this house 2 and half years ago this gleaming white expanse has been the bane of my life. It is impossible to keep clean showing every speck of crumb, black cat hairs and sticky foot print, but moreso it is really cold. I have taken the decision to have underfloor heating laid and a new more kitchen friendly tile laid. Today the upheaval begins but I'm sure it will be worth it. Cat's not too happy though at being locked away to stop him getting in the way!
