Twofold Bay

Today we set off having enjoyed our stay in Bermagui tremendously. First stop was Twofold Bay where we decided to take advantage of the sun being out and wandered along the beach watching the surfers and spotting fish and little crabs in the pools of water. Then into the harbour at Eden a small whaling town where we watched the large fishing boats come and go before hitting the road. A large (18inch+) lizard type animal crossed the road in front if us which was good to see as we are yet to see any kangaroos other than one or two as road kill. We got to Metung and went into the town to find supper, a lovely little place but typical Australia, the restraunt is open every day except Tuesday's which as today is Monday is good, except when a local stopped to chat and said that it probably wouldn't open this evening either !
