Backblip #9 - Slow Start

What was supposed to be a fun day turned into a languid nightmare. 4 hours of sitting on an airplane waiting for a mechanical issue to be resolved only to have the flight cancel as the flight crew's time window closed. Typical Italian confusion ensued with very poor information and organization. Mr. JC was a champ for the most part but the parents were frazzled and unhappy.
