December Starling

Weather returned to normal today - i.e. dull and damp:-( Coaltits flitted to and from the feeder too quickly for me to capture and so I have plumped on this Starling who was much more accommodating.

Lovely surprise this morning - electricity bill with a couple hundred pounds credit which they have paid into the Bank. Also a letter from them offering me a free smart energy monitor so that they can read my meter automatically without having a Meter Reader come. This means they can read my Meter daily and I need never pay more than needed. Sounds good, so I will follow that one up!
