New dawn

Exactly twenty years ago I looked out of this window for the very first time, following a rather successful date. :p
I don't recall a sky so spectacular that morning but I wonder if I had whether it would have been a harbinger of doom or a sign of amazing things to come. I'm sure my 24 year optimistic self would have gone for the latter.
Either way it was a sliding doors moment and had I taken a different path, who knows where I would be now.
I wonder where I'll wake up in 2034?
