Dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya

Tonight I was invited to celebrate a birthday party by my group of Thai friends. So we boarded a boat and cruised the Chao Phraya River.
It was a wonderful party and cruise along the river as all the major landmarks were lit.
The blip shows one of Bangkok most magnificent bridges neat the Grand Palace.

At that time, people were happily dancing on the dance floor. But as we passed by the hospital were the King is staying, all music stopped in respect to His Royal Highness. Thais are so considerate and they adore their King.
