No Parking

The street notice said we'd have parking restrictions from 6th Oct till Christmas. They didn't say which Christmas though. It's a safe bet this job is being done on time and materials 'cos I doubt if they're a quarter done. That huge, purple pipe is being laid to carry the electric cable to the lampposts by the way. I wonder if this lot do house rewiring on the side?
