Optimists

I arrived at this spot just after a young Mum and her toddler had finished feeding the ducks. There was a lot of optimistic milling around, but I had nothing to offer them.
I come this way every year towards Christmas to visit a "farm shop". It is in fact a very large retail outlet with an excellent selection of gifts. Parking is free, and it is spacious and not very crowded. I managed to cross some presents off my list.
