Advent.

This is Christmas bear.
Bought by Auntie Alison when Harry was one ... and we lived in a (relative) mansion.. ...to light up the Christmas hallway.
He was bought in triplicate for the three Coates sisters.

Bear 1 lives in Edinburgh with Auntie Alison; he is an outdoor bear (& a bit dirty now)
Bear 2 lives in Germany with Auntie Helen. Someone spilt tea on him once....he is a non-polar sort of brown colour....
Bear 3 lives with us. He has enjoyed five Christmases....stayed indoors...avoided hot drinks...and is still looking pretty good.

H gives him a hug from time to time.
