BCS ceiling

Up just at 04:40am, I was on the train to London an hour later. I spent most of the day at the British Computer Society, where I took my blip.

I'm in London all week. Tonight and tomorrow I am staying with my friend Val and her Affenpincher Teddy. We've had a lovely evening catching up - and for the first time ever I have watched Only Connect on BBC2. How come nobody told me about this programme before? It's just my kind of thing!

Exercise today: hauling a suitcase up and down staircases in tube stations.
