Just waiting.
While I waited for the bus.
The headache has abated.

My blood pressure rocketed on Saturday while I was at work giving the Medical Examiner caused for concern due to my family history. Further checks on Sunday (while at work) were still too high.
Another check this morning with the nurse at my GP showed an improvement which is a relief but I need another check on Friday.

Many thanks for all your lovely comments yesterday. Little effort made on my part to celebrate the 730th but my mind has been elsewhere.
