Drying Batts

These insulation Batts are out drying after being pulled from the ceiling cavity of my rental property. They were heavily saturated as the pipe leading to the hot water cylinder in the roof had loosened and had been leaking into the ceiling for some time. It is not good to see water dripping out of a light fitting! My tenants raised a timely alarm.
