Expert Oyster Shucker

Today we made our yearly Christmas 'day-trip' to London.

Relaxed Christmas shopping, a champagne seafood lunch in Selfridges then dinner early evening at the St. Pancras Hotel Gilbert Scott Restaurant made it a fabulous day.

The guy in the photo has been in Selfridges seafood bar each time we've been in the last few years and is quite the expert in shucking those oysters!

All in all an excellent Christmas Party for two!
