Ready...Set...GO!!

This morning Kaz and our friend Noel did a triathlon at Brighton. It was perfect conditions and they both did it in under an hour which was the goal! It was Noel's first ever triathlon and at 57 years old, he was quite nervous! He did a fantastic job, today's blip is his start line on the sand. Lots of nerves and anticipation!
