A Walk on the Beach

A rare sight today, a sunny day. We decided to go for a walk at the seaside, but not wanting to be out when it got dark we did not venture too far. This is the beach at Stonehaven looking across the bay.

To be strictly correct we did not walk on the back as it is a pebble beach and uncomfortable for walking. We also had to abandon the idea at this particular spot as the beach was cordoned off for some reason.

After the sun had set it was quite cold, 2.5 degrees the last time I checked shortly before 9 pm.
