Sunday morning reflections

Me: "Anyone fancy coming to the beach with me and the dog"?

Twins: "Nahhhhh, can't be bothered".

Me: "Ok then, let's do your homework".

Twins: "Hang on,we're just getting our coats".

Half an hour of racing the whippet down to the sea and then back to the dunes and everyone was happily tired out. Now, the business of getting them to start their homework begins again.
