No expense spared

This is Hull City Hall, resplendent in it's festive decorations.
No expense Has been spared there are no less than two, hard to believe, but the camera cannot lie , Xmas trees.
Before you say it I categorically deny adding a second one in Photoshop.
Now I know where my council tax has gone, and it's money well spent!
