Cormorant

At least 3 of these birds live on the local lake, I think it must be a Cormorant.
I was lucky to get this photo as my camera battery went flat moments later, which was quite frustrating as after the picture the Cormorant went fishing and after about 10 minutes of diving under water and feeding it stood back on its perch (or in this case, it looks like a traffic cone) with its wings outstretched for a long time, I thought it must be drying its wings but after researching on google I have learnt they do that to help with digestion.
