Attempting to match

It's almost 5:30, the tea is made (lamb tagine) and ready to cook when I hear the husband is near home. Am hoping this red from France will fit the bill nicely. First tasting suggest it could do with some air, so have decanted into a jug to allow it to come to life. It's a vibrant raspberry red in the glass.
