The designer of Borough Market's colourful Paddington is Peru, little Paddington's birthplace.

Peru's cuisine is one of the finest and most admired in the world, full of the best fresh ingredients and produce, spices, herbs and citrus fruits. In Borough Market, Paddington finds a home away from home when he misses that classic Peruvian taste.

I've eaten at Ceviche in Soho and the newly-opened Señor Ceviche in Kingly Court too. Personally I am not a massive raw fish person, and this is one of their specialties. I am however told by those who enjoy their fish, it was delicious! I had no complaints as I happily enjoyed their Pisco sour cocktails!
