Impermanence

I think this used to be a car. I can't be sure but whatever it was, it was big and expensive to make. Now it is a square of used metal. The scrap yards near the day job serve as a handy reminder of the Buddhist concept of impermanence. I find this particularly helpful as we enter this season of unleashed capitalism - buying for the sake of buying.

A good day overall with some pleasing ticks made against the check list. After the day job and before reading my penultimate set of Panel papers, I received a rather lovely massage. I really don't understand how anyone hasn't had a massage.

A song that's new to me by an artist who's new to me. I like the choral aspect in particular.
