I’m Not Well

After a bad night when the virus struck back with a vengeance I spent most of today sitting in an armchair feeling sorry for myself and drinking warm water with lemon, honey and, at the suggestion of friends, Woods100.

I did manage to get out for a quick walk with Ann and Dylan this afternoon just to get some air and popped out into the garden to see the lovely sunset.

I had some sympathy from Dylan; here he is snuggled up on my lap.
