Beer menu

Felt like an early start this morning, as we didn’t get back from the awards ceremony till just before 2am this morning.
Didn’t feel too bad as I stopped drinking early, unlike some of the others. The train journey back was very hot and long.
Managed to find AC on the train as he was coming up to stay with us for the weekend. Good to see him. Left the work lot at the station and headed back to the flat with AC to drop off the bags. RD came up and we headed over to the Christmas market.
Had a drink in the bar in the middle of the ice rink in St Andrews square before going up to the hanging bat via the red squirrel.
Met J in the bat along with a few of her work colleagues. There is a quick snap of this week’s menu.
Headed over to the whisky society for tea to find it packed out. Next stop was the market on Princes street for another beer and a hog roast. Got dragged onto the Star Flyer by J. This is like a giant spinning thing that goes up in the air. Good view but not the best time I have ever had. Here is a pic of it from last year.
Had a last pint in the Guildford before going back to the flat. I went to bed and left AC and J talking.
