Chocolate Christmas Cake

Nigella's 'Easy Chocolate Fruit Cake' from her 'Christmas' book. It certainly is easy, but worth any effort to make. It's rich and squidgy with dried prunes, moist and sticky and scented with chocolate, coffee and spice.

Sadly Rob doesn't love it as much as I do (oh well!) so I've made it to take to tea with my fellow breastfeeding peer-supporters on Friday.
