Winter Wonderland?

Our (rather early) departmental Christmas outing took place this evening - a trip to the 'North Pole' on Parker's Piece, followed by a rather good curry.

The 'North Pole' is really an outdoor ice rink with an attached funfair... we considered it a win that none of us fell over, which given the paddling pool like quality of parts of the rink was just as well really.
