Arrived at work this morning nearly three hundred pounds poorer than when I left my house. Not a brilliant start to the week.

To lose one tyre to a sharp rock could be considered misfortune, to lose two, looks like carelessness.

One RAC man, two spare tyres and three hours later I made it to work.

I consoled myself in the evening by spending even MORE money - although this time on Christmas presents for people.

Drove very carefully home.....
