TexMex in Florida

This week I attended our annual business leadership kick-off for the new fiscal year. It was held in the Orlando area and there's so much I wish I had time to record here, but life has been unrelenting lately.

As the stressful week came to a close, my team went out to dinner in Disney. I wish I could have enjoyed this monster Margherita and the fresh guacamole - but I was exhausted and sick as a dog. Looking forward to going home.
