Royal Mail

Yesterday I was quite annoyed to be sent a card by Royal Mail for excess postage on a card sent by sister A only to find that the card slips through the slot in their guide at the Sorting Office - I still had to pay but I have sent an email to Royal Mail expecting no satisfaction!
