Looking for Lunch

I watched this crab boat go across in front of our place followed by scores of gulls - lots of racket- they were hitching a ride on all the railings of the Santobell! So I grabbed some boots and the camera and got down to the wharf in time to see them in our little bay laying and bringing up crab pots. Dungeness crabs. Chose this photo for the frenzied birds. Note the strong sunshine —I think it might be up to 36F (about 2C) here, late morning. Still cold to be out crabbing…
