Funghi

Today was a glorious day - wall to wall sunshine. I drove up to Grasmere for a blip opportunity and a spot of exercise. Walked into the village from Penny Rock and then walked back along the road. Lots of people out walking and enjoying the sunshine.

Home by mid morning and Facetimed No 2 son. He has a lot on his mind and I hope that I helped him find a way through. We had a good chat. We are so lucky to have this technology when our nearest and dearest are some way away. When I lived in the States in the early 80s, Mum and I had to rely on letters which were pretty slow and telephone calls which were pretty expensive.
